Over the past several years, many LP’s invested alongside or co-invested with their GP’s in both the Buyout and Venture Asset Classes. In the current market environment, many of these LP’s are now seeking liquidity and/or diversification and exit from these investments. In the current exit environment, the secondary market is the best candidate exit and liquidity channel.

Our engagement and transaction process on behalf of Direct Private Equity Investors and Co-investors is similar to the process we undertake for our Institutional Limited Partner clients and Azla will consider taking on engagements to divest "one-off" (non-portfolio) positions.
